Returns / Exchanges

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Lines Ocean Art stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with our products. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please return or exchange your merchandise. All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item please contact Customer Service at action@linesoceanart.com to request an exchange. Then you will need to ship your exchange along with the return authorization slip that will be emailed to you.  Just place this form in the box with the item(s) you are returning. Please use a signature required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return back to us in order to guarantee delivery. Once we have received your item we will ship the new item. Once your item(s) are received by us it generally takes 5 to 7 business days to process the exchange. 

RETURN ITEMS

If you purchased an item at Linesoceanart.com and want to return it for a full refund, please contact customer service at action@linesoceanart.com to get a return authorization form. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment.  Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN

After you have contacted  us and received a return authorization form, you will need to print the form. This form will provide us with all the details we need to expedite your return.  Just place this form in the box with the item(s) you are returning. Please use a signature required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return back to us in order to guarantee delivery.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE MY ORDER NUMBER?

If you don’t have your order number or you received the item as a gift, please contact Customer Service at action@linesoceanart.com This information can be obtained by going to linesoceanart.com and logging into your account and go to your order history.

WHEN WILL I GET CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?

Once we recieve the returned items, returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
